The KameManNen 9504 sits between an oval and a rectangle: soft like an oval, neat like a rectangle, and neither too round nor too square, so it suits a wide range of faces. The rim and the bridge are formed together as one piece with a special technique, which keeps the front line clean and the proportions delicate.
Sizes: 47 mm lens width, 21 mm bridge, 145 mm temples.
Also available: the 9504 SUN sunglasses.
About KameManNen: the company started in 1917 in Fukui, Japan, as a metal-plating workshop and, after the Second World War, became an eyewear maker in Sabae, the town at the heart of Japanese frame making. It is often called Japan’s oldest eyewear brand, and in 1981 it was the first in the world to make eyeglass frames from titanium. Frame colors come from metal plating and ion plating, a slow process chosen because the finish lasts.
