30-day returns on every frame

We want you to love your frames. If you are not completely happy, you can return any unused frame within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This includes Kame ManNen.

  • The frame must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging, with its case and cloth.
  • Frames that have been fitted with prescription lenses or altered for your prescription cannot be returned.
  • To start a return, email sales@mooncoeyewear.com or call (941) 260-8523 with your order number. We will send you return instructions.
  • Once we receive and check the frame, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
