We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you’ve purchased, you can still return them unused and in their original packaging within 30 days for full refund. The products must be unused and in perfect condition upon arrival. Simply send us back the product for evaluation with the reason for the return.

If you receive anything that is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will replace it free of charge if we have the stock available or fully refund the cost, including any postage if applicable. Please use our contact form or call us at (941) 350-8335. The product must be returned for evaluation and the return of funds will follow.
You can cancel your order at any time before the order has shipped. After shipped the order will be treated as a Return.

Please take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession, or in transit. In the case of faulty goods we will normally issue you with a prepaid return label.
Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund you via the original payment method. Please note that once we have processed your refund it can take up to 5 working days for this to appear on your statement.
This undertaking is in addition to your statutory rights.
