The KameManNen 1113 is a crown panto with a friendly, rounded outline, finished with the fine turtle-shell (hexagon) pattern on the rim that KameManNen is known for. It mixes traditional craft with a modern, highly flexible material KameManNen calls Biosoft, so it settles comfortably on the face and stays comfortable through a long day.
Size: 46 mm lens width, 22 mm bridge, 145 mm temples, 38 mm lens height.
About KameManNen: the company started in 1917 in Fukui, Japan, as a metal-plating workshop and, after the Second World War, became an eyewear maker in Sabae, the town at the heart of Japanese frame making. It is often called Japan’s oldest eyewear brand, and in 1981 it was the first in the world to make eyeglass frames from titanium. Frame colors come from metal plating and ion plating, a slow process chosen because the finish lasts.
